  • Introduction:-

The placement Cell of Government Engineering College, Jagdalpur has been successfully providing employment opportunities to our students with proper guidance and we are acting as a gateway to the corporate world.All the Placement associated activities are handled by the Training and Placement Cell (T&P Cell) of the institute. The T&P consists of Internship Cell,Entrepreneurial Cell,T&P Officer, Faculty Members, student volunteers working round the clock to provide the best possible services to the visiting organizations.

  • PLACEMENT ACTIVITIES

We began the academic session with a seminar in collaboration with Ernst and Young which focused on the skills of CV building and interview preparation. We also organized an interactive workshop for second year students on how to begin preparing for interviews. All these seminars have evidently been very helpful to students over the past year personal skill set.

The Entrepreneurial Cell aims at manifesting the latent Entrepreneurial spirit of the youth. An event for Start up enthusiasts was organized in Collaboration with INC 36 Chhattisgarh wherein all the students were enlightens about the different stages of starting a venture. A Start up kit was also provided to each attendee which includes everything discussed during the workshop.

  • The Internship Cell: -

The internship Cell of Government engineering college, Jagdalpur has been successfully providing students with internship opportunities , acting as a window to the corporate world. The sixty three students from all branches of our college participated in the “Youth Carrier Nirman Yojana” organized by AadimJati Kalyan Vibhag , Raipur at Agricultural  College, Jagdalpur on dated 17/04/2018.

  • Student Carrier Guidance Program:-

Similarly student Carrier Guidance Programme is organized at Auditorium of Agriculture College ,Jagdalpur on 17 th April 2018 . In that Programme 94 students from 6th and 8 thsem (all branches) were participated as follows:
